Mark your calendars! Our beloved Robert Burns Supper returns on January 24, 2026, hosted at the historic NDHQ Warrant Officers’ & Sergeants’ Mess on Queen Elizabeth Drive.

Enjoy a delicious four course traditional Scottish feast, wine, and a dedicated whisky cocktail station, with dinner entertainment featuring the Pipes and Drums of the Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa, Highland dance by the Reel Ottawa Dance Company, vocals by soloist John Young, and poetry presented by our SSO Vice Chair Jennifer Hill, along with the traditional Burns toasts and speeches. There will also be door prizes provided by Glengarry Maple and Jacobsons Gourmet Concepts.

After dinner, the celebration continues with a lively ceilidh led by Atlantic Firth. Dance the night away or relax and connect with friends old and new in our SSO community.
