Show your pride in Scottish culture by skating in your kilt or tartan. You don’t need to be Scottish. You can be Scottish for a day, with a sense of fun and a spirit of fortitude.

Can’t join us on February 13? Kilt skate on your own and participate in the Great Canadian Kilt Skate Home Edition.

While you’re waiting for our February 13 community Event, why not take part in our “Home Edition” kilt skate?

All through January and February skaters across Canada are taking to the ice in their tartans and kilts. As individuals and small, socially-distanced groups they’re heading to the ODR, the backyard rink, the pond down the road or the river you can skate away on.

Send pictures of you and your family and friends kilt skating to: #TartanUp #kiltskate2022SASK #ScotlandIsNow or email them to kiltskatemedia@ottscot.ca.
